Heavenly Father, I understand that I was born into sin without a relationship with you. I acknowledge that this truth made me a sinner before I ever learned to sin. But today I confess this reality, and I choose to give my life to Jesus as my personal Savior. I believe He gave His life in substitute of mine, and His death gives me a new life. So I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord, and I believe in my heart that You raised Him from the dead. And because of my belief and Confession, I receive my Salvation. I am now a Child of God! I am SAVED!!

Lord, I repent of the lifestyle I have lived while confessing to be a Christian. I have lived below your standard of Godly life. I have trusted in my own self instead of your Spirit, and I have fallen into a backslidden condition. Today I turn! I repent of my lifestyle. I lay it down and take up the newness of Christ back into my life. I ask for your forgiveness, your grace, and your restoration. I receive it now in Jesus Name, Amen.
